What are the delivery charges for orders?

Which payment methods are accepted?

PayPal.
PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance.

Visa.
MasterCard.
Stripe.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
Your funds will be placed on hold upon authorization being received and it shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the items you wish to purchase.
Once the items have been shipped out and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of items you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?
We take steps to protect the personal information we hold against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure and against other misuse. When no longer required, personal information is destroyed in a secure manner or deleted.

We do not handle or retain your credit card details when processing transactions. To ensure your details are secure Hollie Rose uses Shopify gateway which saves a token to the transaction that is only valid at hollierose.shop
What if I am not satisfied with the product?

1. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
